1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using VoiceForged ("the Service"), operated by VoiceForged ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VoiceForged is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps professionals create thought leadership content for social media and professional networks. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to assist in content generation, editing, and optimization.
3. AI Content Disclaimer
Content generated through VoiceForged is created with the assistance of artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before publishing or distributing it.
- AI outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or technical advice.
- The AI models used by the Service are provided by third-party providers and may produce unexpected or inappropriate results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific terms of service.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create using VoiceForged, including AI-assisted outputs. Specifically:
- All content you input, create, edit, or generate through the Service remains your intellectual property.
- We do not claim any ownership rights over your content, drafts, personas, or any other user-generated material.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
- VoiceForged branding, logos, design, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of VoiceForged.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that violates the rights of others.
- Produce misleading content that impersonates others or misrepresents your identity or affiliations.
- Create spam, automated mass content, or content intended to manipulate social media algorithms.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI models or proprietary systems used by the Service.
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
6. Accounts & Authentication
You must sign in using a valid Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity.
7. Billing & Subscriptions
- VoiceForged offers free and paid subscription plans. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Free plan usage limits reset each billing period. Unused quota does not roll over.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- In no event shall VoiceForged be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceForged and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before or after termination by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
